We analyze your environment and the used apps, stacks, services. We identify which virtual machine (VM) and services are overutilized or underutilized and provide you with reasoning why.

By looking at your downtime history, we can identify why it happened and how to prevent it.

We document your environment and everything that goes on inside. We document each VM, physical server or cloud instance, and services it runs, produce infrastructure a diagram so you have full details at any level.

We document all aspects of the existing CI/CD process.

Incremental Improvements
We can see what is working well, what is just doing okay, and what is not working, then implement the appropriate improvements accordingly.

Backups
We ensure that backups are properly configured, running on schedule, and are not corrupted.

Performance Metrics
We collect and measure various performance-related metrics of your production environment and apps/services running on it.

We analyze the performance of your database (DB) queries to find areas for improvement. Then we implement any needed adjustments to increase performance speed to save you money on expensive DB servers and fast storage.
